Hennessey’s own Summer Munroe, who is  a labor and delivery nurse at Integris Health Enid, has been awarded the prestigious 2024 DAISY Award for Extraordinary Nurses. This award is part of a recognition program that celebrates the remarkable contributions of nurses, based on nominations from patients, families, and coworkers.

The DAISY Award acknowledges the exceptional care and kindness that nurses provide daily, highlighting the profound impact they have on the lives of those they serve. The award itself features a beautiful statue called The Healer’s Touch, which is hand-carved in Zimbabwe, symbolizing the healing and compassionate nature of nursing. CONGRATULATIONS SUMMER!!!
