Bo Copeland born and raised in Hennessey by Albert and Dee Copeland. Bo was one of eight children raised in the Copelands (Kevin, Albert, Randy, Bobby, Ginger Hayworth, Penny Kelly, and Jeana Copeland). Albert and Dee instilled discipline and hard work in all their children. They set standards and expectations and led a life of example. Bo played football and baseball for the Hennessey Eagles. In Bo’s Freshman year of high school, he played on the (1987) HHS Baseball State Championship Team. He was voted by his class as most athletic his senior year. The coaches named outstanding seniors, and Bo was chosen as Eagle of the Year for Baseball. He was voted an All-State baseball catcher by the Oklahoma Baseball Coaches Association in 1990. Bo graduated from Hennessey High School in 1990. After graduating, Bo went to college at Southwestern Oklahoma State University and received his BS in education in December 1997. Bo went on to earn his Masters degree from the University of Central Oklahoma and graduated in 2002 with a Master’s in School Administration. Bo moved to Florida and is in his 27th year of teaching and coaching. He is currently the High School Dean at Lincoln Park Academy on the Treasure Coast of Florida. Bo and his wife (Linda) of 18 years have three children. Daughter Kennedy, son Caleb and step-daughter Krystal. Bo and his wife enjoy spending time together as a family. They follow their son and travel soccer team all over the state of Florida. AAH, Shelley Muzny
