The Hennessey Kindergarten and 1st grade played flag football this evening, September 12. The Eagles came out to win and did just that! Not only did they come to win, but had fun while doing it. For a moment or two it had turned into tackle football,but while they were learning they got it figured out. These football players have a heart of gold, and are full of energy. The smiles on their faces tell the story. The football game is through the YMCA and played at the Advance Soccer Complex in Enid. These young Eagles play Tuesday and Thursday evenings throughout the month of September. If you get a chance, take the drive to Enid and support them! They are coached by Josh Koehn and Keaton Abercrombie. Tonight they had help coaching and a big thank you to Dan Snyder and Christopher Rogers. by AAH Shelley Muzny
