This evening at about 6 pm (Thursday, June 20th), a Ford pickup driven by Aaron Muzny and his son Cole were traveling east on Hwy 51 near the intersection of NS 2800, 7 west of Hennessey when they had a blowout on the front driver’s side tire. The truck crossed the center line, went through a barbed wire fence, and the pickup landed on its side on an oil lease. The occupants were wearing seatbelts and were not seriously injured. Aaron and Cole were taken to St. Mary’s Regional Hospital by private vehicle for evaluation. Hennessey Fire Department, LifeEMS, Highway Patrol, and Kingfisher County Sheriff were on the scene.
