My name is Jeremiah Loper, and I am running for Kingfisher County Sheriff.
My wife Monica and I have been married since 2010 and have two children, Waylon and Jessie. We have lived in Kingfisher for the last seven years where my wife Monica works for the public school system. My own blue-collar background is where I learned to have no fear of hard work, standing up for what I believe in, and a good moral compass.
My Law Enforcement career began here in Kingfisher County as a jailer and has advanced through several vital training stages of the profession I love so deeply that it’s in my blood. I am extremely proactive and dedicated to the people of Kingfisher County. As your Sheriff I will take the initiative and think outside the box while continuing to use the building blocks of education and training to be the type of leader this office, and you, deserve.
I will make sure each deputy has the best training available to ensure they can help the people of this county. We will also work as a team to increase the effectiveness of patrols in order to make us more available to you when you need our help. My goal is to organize a well-rounded team that will be able to respond to the needs of our community in the most efficient and effective means possible.
I realize going into this race that my opponents are well known officers from this area so that makes me the underdog. Underdogs are often overlooked and underestimated, but that only challenges us to work harder and learn more so that we can be the best at what we do.
As your Sheriff I will strive to continue making this county a safe place for our children to grow up and raise their own families because that is our future!
