The Friends of the Library (FOL) organize two major fundraisers each year. These events include the pumpkin patch in October and the Chili cook off in January. The recent Chili cook off fundraiser, with a theme of Chili ‘Round the World, was a great success. The event was held in the high school cafeteria, and participants competed for various awards such as Best Table Decoration, Cooks Choice, Peoples Choice, and Top Dollar. These funds will go towards supporting the library through volunteer service and other important projects.
