It has been a long time coming but the last welcome to Hennessey sign is about to be installed. These are the large signs at each entrance to Hennessey on the north, south, west, and now the east. The other 3 signs were completed earlier this year but the one on the east was held up due to the Hwy 51 construction. This sign will be located just east of Little Turkey Creek on the north side of the highway. Daniel Construction set the concrete base last week and Royal Signs will do the final install shortly. Next Farmers Electric will set the meter and OG&E will run power to light the sign at night.
