The top agenda item at last week’s Hennessey Board of Trustees meeting was to honor long-time employee Troy Watkins. Mayor Bert Gritz presented Watkins with a Certificate of Honor from the Oklahoma Municipal League recognizing him for over ¼ century of service for the Town of Hennessey.
