Hennessey 4-H Members participated in the Northwest District and State 4-H shooting sports competitions along with other county 4-H members.
Northwest District trap shoot results held on October 15th at the Grand National Gun Club
Brok Cooper was on the 3rd place Senior team with Reid Witt, Hagen Swanson, and Sam Kroener
Kaden Kennedy was on the 4th place Senior team with Josh Finley, Parker Schieber and Jake Heinricks
Kaleb Peach, Trent Choate, Mason McGee Intermediate team won 2nd along with team member Hudson Mueggenborg
Tryson Sturgill was on the 3rd place Intermediate team with Brooklyn Martin, Will Kroener and Brady Alig
The Junior team of Jameson Ladwig, Addison Huntsberger, Beau Whittenburg and Jake Rother placed 1st
Junior Individuals placing were Addison Huntsberger 1st, Beau Whittenburg 2nd, and Jameson Ladwig 6th
Intermediate Individuals placing was Mason McGee tied for 2nd
Senior Individuals placing were Kaden Kennedy 4th and Brok Cooper tied for 7th
The State 4-H Trap Shoot results that was held on Sunday October 23rd at El Reno
The senior team of Kaden Kennedy, Brok Cooper, Hagen Swanson, (Lomega) and Sam Kroener (Okarche) tied for eighth place.
The intermediate team of Kaleb Peach, Trent Choate, Mason McGee, and Hudson Mueggenborg (Okarche) placed second
The intermediate team of Tryson Sturgill, Will Kroener (Okarche) and Brady Alig (Okarche) tied for tenth.
The Junior Team of Beau Whittenburg, Jameson Ladwig, Addison Huntsberger and Jake Rother (Okarche) placed second.
Trent Choate was 4th place individual in the intermediate division
The Kingfisher County 4-H members also competed in the State 4-H Sporting Clay Competition on Sunday November 6th at SilverLeaf in Guthrie.
Senior team members Brok Cooper, Kaden Kennedy, Reid Witt (Kingfisher), Hagen Swanson (Lomega) and Merrin Evans (Kingfisher) placed 4th.
Kaden Kennedy placed 10th individually
Junior team of Trent Choate, Tryson Sturgill, Kaleb Peach and Mason McGee placed 6th.
The teams are coached by Derek Peach, Mike McGee and Jason Kroener (Okarche). A special thanks to 4-H volunteers Tanner Choate and Dennis Kennedy for assisting with the program.
