The Hennessey traffic light is on the fritz. Hennessey Town Administrator, Tiffany Tillman said, “it’s been giving us trouble and we had to send the controller off for repair.” Hennessey’s only traffic light at the intersection of Hwy 81 (Main St.) and Oklahoma St. has a sensor that knows when a vehicle approaches the intersection. If no one comes to the light from either side of Oklahoma St, the Main St, north/south lights, stay green. Until the repairs are made, the light is on a timer. So if the light is red when you get there, be patent, it will change shortly. Tillman said, “It will probably be next week before we get the part back.
