The Old Sinclair Gas Station Museum received its first major item this week. Richard Simunek’s grandfather’s old horse wagon will be the first large item to appear in the museum. Richard Simunek said, “Rodney Huffer restored Grampa Simunek’s old horse wagon. Rodney is giving the horse wagon to the community of Hennessey.” Rodney restores old mechanical equipment and old horse drawn equipment. Rodney will be at the open house to explain how the restoration was done and the features found in a horse wagon. Simunek said, “After a century, Grandpa Simunek’s old horse wagon has come home.” The open house will be, Sunday, July 19, 2020, 2pm – 4pm
