Hennessey FFA was very well represented at the The Kingfisher County livestock show on February 24th and 25th. FFA students exhibiting cattle were Cale Dickens and Elizabeth Pribil. Showing sheep were Amey Haymaker, Emily Hawk, and Gage Zelnicek, and Tyler Trotter showed goats. Amy Haymaker also exhibited hogs. Premium Sale is tonight, March 2nd, at the county fairgrounds at 5:30 PM. Highlights from the show include:
Elizabeth Pribil- Reserve Champion Hereford Heifer and premium sale qualifier
Tyler Trotter- Grand Champion Doe, Champion Sr. Goat Showman, and premium sale qualifier Gage Zelnicek-Champion Southdown Market Lamb, and premium sale qualifier
Emily Hawk- Reserve Champion Hampshire Market Lamb, Champion Suffolk Market Lamb, Champion Senior Sheep Showman, and premium sale qualifier
Amey Haymaker- Reserve Champion Shropshire Wether Lamb, Champion Intermediate Sheep Showman, Reserve Champion Chester gilt, and premium sale qualifier
Cale Dickens- 1st place Crossbred Steer, and 8th overall
