Air Evac Lifeteam is excited to partner with Oklahoma Farm Bureau Insurance Agent Jack Choate III providing coverage for all athletes (including cheerleaders) and coaches at Hennessey Public Schools. This coverage ensures no out of pocket expense if an athlete has to be flown from an injury on site or while traveling to/from an athletic function in school provided transportation. Coverage includes opposing teams if injured on site (Hennessey Public Schools). Air Evac Lifeteam is thankful for the generous support they have offered within the Kingfisher County.
