POOL ON SCHEDULE FOR SPLASHDOWN!
The new Hennessey aquatic center is on schedule and moving towards a May opening. Carrothers Construction Company, based in Paola, Kansas, is in the final stages of pouring concrete according to the Hennessey Board of Trustees. The new aquatic center is located on North Mitchell Rd., next to the splash pad, and will include a 99 foot flume slide, 2 diving boards, a shaded mother’s area, and a bath house.
