HENNESSEY
Mass of Christian Burial for Javier Tellez Cruz, 60. will be at 12:00 Noon Saturday, February 1, 2020 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church officiated by Rev. Ed Menasco. Arrangements are by Cordry-Gritz Funeral Home.
Javier was born in El Durazno, Chalchihuites, Zacatecas, Mexico on April 18, 1959 to J. Refugio Tellez and Margarita Cruz and died Sunday, January 26, 2020 at his home southeast of Hennessey.
He is survived by his wife Ma Del Refugio; five daughters Elizabeth Tellez, Ana Maria Tellez, Teresa De Jesus Tellez; Salma Magaly Tellez, Hilda Tellez; four sons Amado Tellez, Filemon Tellez, Francisco Javier Tellez, Saul Tellez Deras, two sisters Maria Del Refugio, Antonia Tellez Cruz; one brother Rigoberto Tellez; his mother Margarita Cruz; and sixteen grandchildren.
Javier was preceded in death by his father J. Refugio Tellez.
