Office Manager, farmer, busy mother of three. Kristi Scoles Simunek was born and raised in Hennessey. She kept busy in high school by playing basketball and being a STUCO member all throughout high school eventually becoming president her senior year. Kristi met her husband Rob Simunek, at school and the couple were married shortly after her graduation in 1994. When not attending a school activity for one of her 3 active children, Shea, Skye and Seth, Kristi can be found driving a wheat truck on the family farm. Kristi started and ran her own jewelry business for 11 years. Then she worked at NBS Data for 2 years before arriving at Eagle Propane in 2013. Kristi said, “Owner of Eagle Propane, Jimmy Berkenbile offered me the flexible hours I wanted so I could have time with my kids and help with the family farm.” Kristi takes care of the phone, billing and scheduling deliveries for customers along with anything else that needs to be done for the busy propane company.
