Hennessey Public Works employees Alessyua Kubat and Kyle Watkins took a plunge in icy cold water today at the corner of North Main and Kansas St. It was a minor repair but traffic was detoured slightly for a few hours while they worked on the line. There was only one building without water for a short while.
