The Hennessey Town Trustees voted at a special meeting Monday night to have the town attorney establish Hennessey’s Marijuana ordinance based on Kingfisher’s ordinance. According to Oklahoma State law, cities and towns cannot create laws or ordinances that supersede, or override State laws on medical marijuana.
