THIS WEEK ALL ABOUT HENNESSEY RECOGNIZES SARA BERGLEY – 81 Grill & Bar as our Woman in Business. Sara Bergley, originally from Kingfisher, has been an RN for over 30 years. As if running a busy restaurant is not enough, she still has not fully retired from nursing. It all started as a donut shop, then in August 2016 Sara changed it to 81 Grill and Bar on North Main Street, Hennessey. Sara has been in business for 3 years now and claims her bestselling menu items are chicken fried steak and onion rings. Sara is hoping to expand by adding a patio to the back of the building to gain additional seating to the restaurant. 81 Grill & Bar is open Mon – Fri 11am-2pm., Thurs and Friday night 5-9pm, and Saturday 11-9pm.
