The Hennessey Community Action Team took advantage of the calm winds and recent rain. Today they burned the giant pile of trees that were cut during the Ortega family cleanup last month. Dozens helped with the cleanup that ended with a very large pile of trees. They were waiting for ideal weather conditions to set it ablaze. Jimmy Berkenbile and Ethan Munroe stood by while Hennessey Firefighters Tyson Copland and Dustin Munroe made sure the fire was safely contained.
