This week, the senior leadership class visited the Red Dirt wind farm located east of Hennessey. Enel is a green power company that provides energy to those from Enid to El Reno with OG&E.
Students learned about clean energy and the future it has, as it continues to grow and becomes more cost effective. Everyone then toured inside an 87.5 meter windmill and learned that each windmill is not the same and that they are evolving to become bigger and better energy conductors.
Seniors were also informed of the different career choices available at Enel. Photos & story by Mariana Gonzalez.
