Friends of the Hennessey Care Center held their fund raiser last night (Saturday, June 30, 2018) despite severe storms in the area. They raised $3000 that will go towards building a new back patio for the residents to enjoy. About 100 attended and enjoyed a catfish fry, burgers, and lots of other goodies while listening to the music of Buck Goucher. The goal is to raise $5000 before they are done.
