HENNESSEY LION’S CLUB 4TH OF JULY FUN!

The Hennessey Lion’s Club has a lot of great events planned this year for Monday, July 4th. Everything will take place across from the school, from the town pool to the practice football field fireworks. Group and Club participation is encouraged. If your group wants to plan an event or fundraiser for that day, please contact Tim Riddle at 405-853-1678. Don’t forget to sign up for the Cardboard & Duct Tape Boat Race! FUN!!!! Cardboard & Duct Tape Boat Race

Cornhole Tournament

4:00 pm near the tennis courts. 2 man teams $30 to enter – Double elimination. Call Damian to sign up at 853-0136

FREE SWIM

Swim for Free starting at NOON. Everyone will be asked to leave the pool at 5 pm to prepare for the cardboard boat race which will start at 6 pm.

Fireworks

Fireworks will start at dark at the practice field.

BRING YOUR LAWN CHAIRS!!!! Cars will not be allowed to park in the field house parking lot on the east side of school or anywhere on the practice field. Everyone is encouraged to bring and sit in lawn chairs in the field house parking area or get the perfect view in the football stands (home side). Those wanting to park and watch from cars, can park in available parking areas around the school.

FOOD

Enjoy hotdog, hotlink, chili dog, hamburger, and chicken salad sandwich. Sides of chips, potato salad, baked beans, and pasta salad. Cookies and drinks.
