PITTS PROMOTED TO SERGEANT
Hennessey police officer Aaron Pitts, was promoted to sergeant during last night’s Hennessey Board of Trustees meeting. Pitts, a Hennessey High School grad, has been a police officer for Hennessey since July 2017. Hennessey Police Chief Ed Cangiano said, “The decision to promote Aaron was due to his outstanding performance in our community and as ranking officer, he will cover for me when needed.”
Pitts is the Hennessey schools officer and is DARE trained. He is loved by the teachers and respected by the students.
