The Hennessey Graduating Class of 2020 is requesting nominations for the HHS Hall of Fame award.  Two winners will be selected by the class and they will be honored at the graduation ceremony on Saturday, May 9, 2020, at 6:00 p.m. in the Hennessey Public School Auditorium.
The HHS Hall of Fame is a way of honoring those former graduates and teachers of Hennessey Schools who have excelled in a career, contributed to society, and been an inspiration to present students, alumni, and community residents.  Our goal is to honor those persons no longer associated with the Hennessey school system who have enriched their surroundings.
            Eligibility Requirements:
- The nominee must have graduated at least 5 years ago; andÂ
- They must have attended HHS at least four (4) semesters; Â
       -OR-        Â
- The nominee must be a former Hennessey Public Schools faculty, staff, or administrator; and Â
- They must be retired from the education profession and have been employed at Hennessey Public Schools for at least five (5) years.
Candidates previously nominated along with any new nomination submissions will be considered for this year’s inductees.  Nomination forms and eligibility rules are posted and may be printed from the Hennessey Public School Website at www.hps.k12.ok.us. Or printed copies can be picked up at the Hennessey High School Office or the Hennessey Public Library.Â
