At about noon last Friday the northbound lane of N 2830 just south of E720 (Dover Loyal Blacktop) was blocked after a semi-truck and trailer rolled into the east ditch. Dover Fire, Kingfisher EMS, KF Sheriff Dept., and OHP worked the scene for about an hour. The driver was not seriously injured and was not transported to a hospital.
