Parking was scarce, and the crows were large at the annual Hennessey senior citizens center fish fry fundraiser Saturday, September 17th.ย ย Lots of people showed up in support of the Hennessey Senior Citizen Center.ย ย Everyone enjoyed a catfish dinner with all of the fixinโs and dessert cooked by the center, Mark Henry, and crew.ย ย Musical entertainment was supplied by Buck Goucher.ย ย
This event was sponsored by the Hennessey Cornado Masonic Lodge #56 along with the Senior Citizen Center. The Masonic Lodge matched the donations, raising nearly $4000.00 dollars for the Center! This is their big fundraiser and helps to keep the center operating.ย ย
