The Community Action Team CAT met last night for their regular scheduled meeting & election of officers. The most important item on the agenda was to acknowledge Shirley Koons. The following is a special message about Shirley. Shirley has dedicated countless hours of her own time and has donated quilts to every benefit. Her quilts have wrapped numerous people with love and warmth. Her positive personality and high energy keeps this group motivated and pushing forward. Shirley will always have a special place with the CAT Team and will be greatly missed. We are sending prayers to her and her husband for safe travels on their next chapter in life.
