The Hennessey Town Trustees approved the new medical marijuana ordinance number 378 at this week’s regular meeting. The ordinance regulates the selling, growing, processing warehousing and storing of medical marijuana. The new ordinance also establishes the initial and annual inspection fees required to operate a marijuana facility.
