A warrant has been issued for the arrest of Justin Other Harrel, a 38-year-old Hennessey man charged earlier this month in Kingfisher County District Court with three counts of second-degree rape. He was charged Nov. 8th with the three felonies and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The charges allege that Harrel had sex with a 14 year old girl, three separate times in August.
